Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel thanks to its beautiful location right near two white sand beach coves. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. However, I found the Ocean Front rooms a bit too dark without a second curtain, which affected privacy. The dining options could definitely use some improvement, especially at breakfast, but overall, the place offers good value for money.
My stay was absolutely delightful, especially in the Ocean Front Blues Wing, which offered an incredible view of the Caribbean Sea. The room was beautifully decorated with petals everywhere and a basket of delicious melted chocolate-covered fruits. The service was exceptional; the staff was friendly and eager to help. While the location was super convenient, being just a short walk from downtown, I felt the dining experience could have been better given the price.
I had a lovely stay where most things were top-notch, especially the friendly staff and the amazing views from our room. The location was perfect, just a short ride to town, and I loved the beach access. On the downside, the service was sometimes sluggish, taking much longer than expected for a few simple requests. Overall, it was a great value for the money.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, enjoying the spacious ocean-facing rooms and the friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday special. The location is quite nice, with two private beaches and easy access to local shops and restaurants. However, the dining options were quite limited and not very impressive, which was a bit disappointing, especially considering the price we paid.
I had a really nice stay at this hotel! The location is perfect with easy access to downtown Willemstad and great places to eat nearby. The rooms in the Blues Wing were quite modern and well-maintained, offering a lovely view of the lagoon. The staff was super friendly and attentive, making my experience feel special. The only downside was that while the dining at The Pen was enjoyable, I felt some breakfast options could have been a bit more diverse.
The hotel offers a modern and chic experience, with clean rooms and great daily service. I loved the lovely balcony view and the Nespresso machine in the room. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with limited breakfast options, and the location, while convenient, could benefit from improved service standards, especially in the food and beverage area.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the bright side, the room was very clean and had some nice amenities like a fridge and spacious shower. However, the location had its drawbacks, being a bit far from convenient dining options and the customer service could definitely use some improvement. While the staff was friendly, getting access to facilities like the Jacuzzi required some persistence. Overall, it was a decent stay but not without its issues.
The hotel is situated in a great central location, making it easy to explore various parts of the island. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, but the service at the restaurants could use significant improvement. While the beach access is lovely and the atmosphere feels relaxing, I found the dining options to be rather basic and lacking in variety.
I had a lovely time at this hotel, especially with the romantic touches like flowers and a complimentary bottle of wine in our room. The location is great with two beautiful beaches, but the service could use some improvement and the pricing felt a bit high for what was offered. Overall, it's a nice place but with some drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a nice balcony with a partial sea view. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making my experience more enjoyable. However, improvements are needed regarding the location, as it could be more convenient, and I found the service at the dining facilities to be lacking, especially given the prices.
